Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, including all protective inserts, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off or Collection
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point or schedule a home collection through our logistics partner.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
